"Tenant Trouble" is the first episode of One Piece Mansion on Game Grumps.
Intro[]
Arin: Welcome… to one of my favorite games of all times.
Jon: One Piece, like the anime?
Arin: No, like your mom!
Game Progress[]
Jon begins the Story Mode.
His first task is to gain $10,000 in rent, which he accomplishes by the ninth in-game month with $12,250.
His second task is to generate 20 rooms, which he will hopefully accomplish in the next episode.

Jon jokingly questions Arin’s insistence that Jon play this to become Arin’s landlord.
Jon sings excerpts from “Sweeny Todd,” after Arin compares a tenant to the musical’s title character.
