"MetaKnightmare!" is an episode of Game Grumps and the fifth episode of Kirby Super Star.

Intro Edit

"Welcome to Game Grumps!" "Welcome to Groomp Camp!" - Jon and Arin.

Game progress Edit

The Game Grumps start the Revenge of Meta Knight sub-game. They finish the first two parts, fighting Heavy Lobster, and defeating Twin Woods. They start the third part.

Discussion Edit

Jon mentions multiple times throughout the episode that he thinks he might be allergic to Arin's cat.

Early on, a joke about Waddle Doo's massive eye delivered in strange voices turns into Jon mentioning Arin's "hilarious robot voice", which he demonstrates immediately afterwards.

Arin talks about Kirby's snorkeling being impossible that far down, then talks about his brother blowing snot out of his nose after snorkeling, which causes Jon to feel like vomiting.

After a video cable briefly comes loose, the Grumps talk about professionalism and their equipment, and Arin mentions recording in a studio, which he found to be a weird experience.

Both Grumps wonder which Kirby game lets you play as Meta Knight, then talk about Nightmare in Dreamland and Amazing Mirror for the GBA.

Quotes Edit

"Have we ever talked about that on Game Grumps?"- Jon

"No I don't think so. The robot voice?"- Arin

"Yeah its, Arin does this fucking hilarious robot voice."- Jon

"Hello welcome to the place for you to buy cheese pizza. One slice of cheese pizza please." - Arin (In his robot voice).

Outro Edit

Jon: Dude, what I'm really trying to say is: next time on Game Grumps... (makes the sound of Kirby's Vulcan Jab attack). That's all I reall-- (episode cuts out).

Trivia Edit

  • Jon reveals in this episode that he was unaware of why Arin was chanting "Poppy Bros. Junior" in the first episode of Game Grumps until after rewatching it and noticing the name at the bottom of the screen.
