- The two talk about how the game is good and fun, but is soulless and is a cash in on the Mario of old. They go into the fact that at the time, there were two more New Super Mario Bros games coming out in that year for the 3DS and Wii U
- They also talk about Super Mario 3D land, saying how it was at least a little different, but still have a similar view on it. They also sing the main theme multiple times, stating how much they love it.
