Glory Killin' is the first episode of Doom on Game Grumps.
Gameplay[]
Danny starts the game on "Hurt Me Plenty." He's playing through the game blind, not having played any Doom game in at least 20 years.
He struggles to open a door and blows himself up on an explosive barrel, before finishing the first major combat encounter in the game.
Discussions[]
Danny and Arin spend much of the episode singing a song of their own creation, "Boopity Schmooples", which they proclaim to be the game's new theme song.
Once Dan gets his armor and visor, he compares the game to Metroid Prime.
Arin and Danny imagine what the family to an imp Dan recently killed must be thinking, unaware that their relative is dead.
Arin questions why hitting enemies in glory kills is more effective than shooting.
Quote[]
- "Boopity Schmooples!" - Danny and Arin, singing
- "Excuse me? Is this the Gore Nest?" - Danny, as he slaughters a nest of enemies
